This means that they’ve been put through rigorous training in bike mechanics, and they’ve passed both written and practical exams to prove they know their stuff. These technical qualifications are assessed in numerous areas, including workshop practices, pre-delivery inspection, and every element of bike maintenance and repair, from torque wrenches to frame alignment.

Just as cars need regular servicing to check that everything’s working as it should be, so do bikes.
